A capable shop with a direct line to the work

From a carriage-barn side business to a dedicated machining operation.

Patchco began in an 1800s carriage barn and grew over six years from a garage shop into its owners’ primary business. As demand shifted from prototypes and short runs toward larger production orders, the shop expanded its space and upgraded from a toolroom mill to two high-capacity vertical machining centers.

That growth did not change the operating model: customers still get hands-on engineering experience, clear communication, and a practical path from concept to completed part.
